
Jordi Ortiz
Jordi Ortiz was born in Barcelona in 1969. He has published more than thirty books for readers of all ages. Among the many awards he has received are the Gran Angular Prize, the Carlemany Prize, and the Mallorca Prize for young adult literature; as well as the Maria Antònia Oliver, Ciutat de Sagunt, and Antoni Bru awards for adult literature. He is the author of the Time Explorers series. He regularly publishes in Catalan, and his work has been translated into Spanish, English, and Greek. He devotes part of his time to promoting reading among children and young people.
