Cesc Cornet
Cesc Cornet was born in Girona in 1979. He is a teacher by vocation and a writer by conviction. After many years of writing short stories and studying in different writing schools in Barcelona, he entered the world of literature with the novel #FinsAquí, which reached 3 editions in just two months and was nominated for Best Crime Novel at the Lloret Negre festival (2022). An avid reader of crime fiction and a devoted fan of true crime TV, he has drawn inspiration from these sources for his stories. With his second novel, Vides en cercle, he won the Vilassar de Noir award in 2022 and was nominated for Best Crime Novel in Catalan at the Valencia Negra festival (2023).
