Constanza Basaluzzo was born in Argentina in the mid 70’s. She was always drawn to the arts and at the young age of 9, Grandpa Luis (her most enthusiastic fan) decided to sponsor her first drawing and painting class. She graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and concentrated her career on graphic communication for children. She works in digital format and since 2003, has illustrated a large number of books for publishers in Argentina, United States, Canada, England, Italy, Puerto Rico, Singapore and Spain. In her spare time, she enjoys reading (especially children’s books!), spending time outdoors with her family, and visiting toy stores.
