Eva Santana
She was born in Badalona, a coastal city near Barcelona, on a stormy night in July. She has been writing for as long as she can remember. She always liked drawing too, but didn’t know how to do it or where to start, so she decided to learn as an adult at a school for grown-ups where curious people like her learn things they never learned at school. When she was little, she loved reading the most and did it all the time while walking on the street, bumping into lamp posts and breaking glasses. She believes books help children become amazing people.
She coordinated the magazine ARA Kids (the children’s supplement of the ARA newspaper) from 2011 to 2013, and directed the magazine Súpers! (from the Super3 channel) from 2010 to 2017.
Until July 2025, she was the editor of illustrated albums at Lata de Sal Editorial.
