Magic and adventure in the mythical setting of ancient China, by the author of Hachiko. As in the song ‘Puff, the magic dragon’, Long is also a dragon. And not just any dragon, but one of the five mythical and great Chinese dragons. When he finds an abandoned baby, his destiny will be linked to him forever. Long's mission will be to protect and educate the precious Wen and teach her the wonders of the world. When the child grows up and asks for a more earthly life, the dragon has no choice but to travel with her through China in search of the ideal family.
